We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom pieces and earrings are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable.
Return Label Requirement
All refunds require a prepaid return label issued by us. Customers must request a return label, and the cost of the postage will be deducted from the refund.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at info@bijou-jewel.com to request a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees (both original delivery and return shipping) are non‑refundable.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping fees and return postage (where applicable) are non‑refundable.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will cover the return postage for faulty items. Once the item has been inspected and confirmed as faulty, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Items that show signs of wear, accidental damage, or misuse will not be considered faulty.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for Isle of Man and UK customers only. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Free Gifts
Any free items included with your order (such as pouches, cloths, or gifts) must be returned to receive a full refund. If not returned, the value of the free item (for example, a jewellery pouch valued at £3) will be deducted from your refund.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be undamaged, unworn, and returned with their original box and pouch. Our team will carry out a quality assessment upon receipt. Items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be refunded.
International Returns
Please label your customs form as “RETURNED GOODS – ZERO CUSTOM VALUE.” Any customs charges billed to Bijou Jewellery due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from your refund.
